Reality check: I weigh a little over 199.
Reality Check: I gained about 3 pounds this summer
So thatís not awfulÖbut I should have lost a lot of weight this summer.
As I said before Iím not going to cry over this. Instead I am going to kick my butt and be awesome!
Goal- Lose 20 pounds by thanksgiving
How can I do that? Lose 1.5 pounds on average per week! I can totally do that!
Hereís what Iím doing!
Food- I move into my apartment next Saturday and I have created a very long grocery list with healthy food only. The less junk I have around my house the healthier I will eat.
I will count and track all my calories and focus on learning how to make the healthiest and tastiest recipes I can find.
Work out- I have created a work out schedule based on my classes and I am making a 5-day a week gym schedule and a weekend goal of 1 work out per day that can be a gym visit or any other kind of activity.
Other- I need to write in my journal at east every other day to keep myself on track and in the right mindset.
Rewards! Rewards! Rewards!- every 5 pounds I get a new book from the Barnes and Noble Classics collection. (Used books are 1.99!)
In 10 pounds I will be at my 50 pound goal which will entitle me to TEETH WHITENING. ☺ I need to be there before October 29, which is my 20th birthday so I can look cute.
I am going to be down 20 pounds by thanksgiving and I am going to look fabulous in time for turkey day
