Mini set back

So I was doing to work out, for shortened lengths of time than before, but working out, nonetheless. Then I helped my son move out of his 2nd story apartment...going upstairs wasn't too bad, but going down, especially while carrying things, was very painful. Two days of this...too much. I'm not limping now, but I'm definitely feeling it. Think I'll give it another day of rest before trying to workout again. No more set backs!
