Back from Maine. Papi did a great job taking care of old Zeus & Onyx while I was away. The weather has been beautiful and I got to walk a couple miles with the amigas. We kayaked...ate healthy...had a few martinis, but overall did not over do it.
It was great coming home and after 6 days without tracking I only gained 1.5. So I walked with Timothy this morning at 7:00 and am back to sparking for the next half of the summer.
