Need a new way of looking at things

Tuesday, August 02, 2011

I feel like I need a new start a new sense of security for my weight loss I'm a very positive person who lacks good judgements I have dug myself in a hole so deep in the last year I have completely burrows my self in it but the good news is I'm coming back up right here and now I know my life is going to be unbearable for a bit but who honestly don't go through huge changes I let my self go to the point I said I'm working I'm burning more calories than I did considering was always on the move and most of all I turned to deli for my lunches bad bad bad me I knew better but my mindset kept slipping because I let that devil trick me by saying it's ok you work and only time off your feet is 1hr. 30 minutes lunch and breaks and I work about 40 hours
I'm working on eating those mo Mechilinea lean budget meals that's like a buck plus I eat the pic sweet veggies I love brussell sprouts and the corn on the cob and broccoli and cheese is good you get 2 veggie servings for a buck not bad for 2.00 I drink coffee a lot of coffe and I don't count it as a water like some people do cause it's made with wAter I drink more coffe than water but here lately if no coffee made I drink pop not a pop drinker by choice rather drink water before pop but our water at work takes forever to dispense out culligan machine

My question is how do you get your work out burn totals if the exercises you do isn't on tracker or don't know how to add it without tracker I did the turbo fire HIIT 15 minutes HIIT means( high intensity interval training) trying to figure this out for my blc team it says for turbo jam I burned 255 so do I just use the number from my tracker? Thanks everyone I need help with ASAP with all this I will help you in return we are all awesome in our own way you can do the weight loss or healthy lifestyle journey might be a few bumps and kinks in the road keep pressing you will make it I came a long way got a longer road still yet to go but we are all worth it I believe that I believe you can do anything you want to get up start doing remember trying is doing not doing is failing if you never start how will you know until u try keep your chin up smile and say I can do this everyday good luck and I will start my new habits right now ttyl sherry wilson

never thought to Google a workout, I will have to remember that the next time I do something different.
I usually just find something similar on the tracker.

I think using a pedometer that tracks your cardio might help... most of them will do that function. So you could track the turbo jam that way OR I think there is a aerobic fitness in the tracker you can use.

Heart monitor is another option.

You what motivates you.. dig deep, find it and do it.

When I track my cardio I look for something that is kind of like what I'm doing. You could also google to see if you can find how many calories are burned in what you are doing and manually enter them in spark tracker. I don't focus on the calories I burn as much as the calories I take in. I make sure I get in my cardio even if it is only 10 minutes at a time through out the day. Since you are on your feet all day doing turbo jam will help give your body a change. Way to go on seeing you need a change and starting to make it. Taking the first step can often be the hardest.
