Self Discipline

I am really grateful for sparkpeople, even though I do not sign in regularly, due to my busy schedules, I am daily practicing self-discipline of eight glasses of water, exercise three times per week and five portion of fruits and vegetables.

It took me a while to get there, exactly one year and two months, but I am on the road to Healthy living, it is a change lifestyle. What helps alot, is prayers to God and talking to my body to be discipline.

So thanks to sparkpeople for this major breakthrough in my life, I am on the road to recovery.
