August is it- THE MONTH- to make it happen!

We are in the 8th month of 2011...and I have lost only 3 pounds all year! I have lost..12.2 pounds....gained 9.2 pounds....but only 3 pounds have stayed off! I have been yo-yoing for months! I can NOT believe that my starting weight in August of 2010 is exactly what I am starting AUgust 2011 at!!! UGH UGH double UGH! Time to get some momentum and make something happen!!

My goals for August:
1. Weigh less than 165 by end of the month
2. 300 minutes of exercise per week minimum

Week 1 08.06.2011: 170.2

2. How is that tracking to meet your goal? I have 7.5 pounds left to goal- which wasn't a difficult stretch goal-so I gotta step it up- I want to reset my goals midway and reach further!

3. What is an obstacle you need to remove to stay on track? Planned exercise time!

4. What is one thing that has gone really well these 4 weeks? No snacking

5. What changes are you planning for the next 4 weeks? Regular workouts-300 minutes per week

6. Any additional comments/goals you want to share: I want to be below 165 by September

7. What can this team do to help you: Besides sewing my mouth shut and chaining me to the treadmill- keep me accountable!!
