Today I walked 30 min and 6290 steps. I made enough chicken for lunch. I didn't eat everything in sight. I even got 1 set of three ST exercises. I need to work more freggies into my mealplan. I need to get more calcium too. I'm feeling pretty good. My mood and energy level are good. I think I like this Battle.
