Well Day 9 went better. I did another session of Turbo Jam..did the Punch Kick and Jam video and I really liked it!! Ate better for the most part. I feel so much better after exercising..it is amazing how different of an outlook I have:) It helped me get so much more accomplished at home with my housework! And according to my body bugg..I burned the most calories I have burned in a day on Sunday!! That was motivating!!
Day 10 which was today has been good. I did work out tonight...and was a bit tired. Felt it in my body..so just did 20 min turbo and 20 min ab jam. Found out don't burn as many calories with those two together:)
Some things I have got to work on is my eating...working on taking lunch and snacks to work!! And also to put the scale away!! I am somewhat frustrated with it....seems like I should have lost more than I have!
Again..Its a process..and I have to take it one day at a time! Here is to a great August!!!
