Since my 'mishap' of last week (see my blog) I can happily report that I am now back down one pound below goal. For three consecutive days, the weight fell at approximately one pound each day until today's results.
Don't ask me how that works! I had drawn a circle around the incident in my food journal to isolate it from the rest, and wrote, "Off Day. Tomorrow is a New Day!" and went back immediately to my nutrition plan, tracking, fitness workouts, etc. Our bodies know what to do.
So please, if that 'mishap' occurs, don't allow it to derail you. Even if it takes 3 days or longer to get back on track...your body will love you for it!
