ok treadmill doing good...still not up to 15 minutes its hard sad to say..but still working on it got tennis shoes they are better than flip flops let me tell you.....its starting to affect my appetite this is good not snacking a lot....only problem is the pool had to come down and have to reset it..this is not a problem really but its a nusicene ......but getting outside raking the ground...pulling weeds and moving stuff water is heavy that in itself is good....have to keep up the good work cant afford to go back to that horrible depression....i was eating myself to I feel better sore true but better...breathing better at night....and eating a lot of home grown tomatoes ...omg my neighbor just gave us a huge cabbage going to cook this up yummy cabbage soup..its very good I add veggies and a little hamburger to make it a meal....its it sets up well for storage for a couple lunches....can keep adding stuff to it lol
