    Im a fellow PCOS sparker! You will find great support on here and we will all make sure you get there!But sounds like u have a great attitude and u will do it!

    I opt for the low carb option and have to admit it does make me feel better and I tend to loose more weight when I stick to it. But I dont see any need to cut them completely.

    I joined Spark in February after I had been struggling with Hashimotos disease (hypothyroidism). I had given up and used the disease as an excuse not to workout. Like you said, "what's the point?"

    But since I joined I have stopped making excuses and I have lost 15lbs in 5lbs. Doesn't sound like much, but as you know, that's really good for us :)

    I knit too!!! And I'm 26 :) Adding you as a friend now. lol
