Lisa, thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. It means a lot! It can be discouraging to bounce up and down . . . have no change or only drop 0.2 when you feel like you're trying really hard with discipline and add in working out too . . . I'm hanging in there there though to try to squeeze out whatever else can be squeezed! emoticon You've done 1/2 marathon's and marathons??? WOW! I continue to be impressed. That is SO awesome. It really speaks of self-discipline which inspires ME! SO Rock on, girlie! Let's just keep inspiring each other and truly do this thing right, not just SAYING it's a lifestyle but truly making it a LIFESTYLE. emoticon

Hi Chicka...wow, you know that's exactly what I was thinking when I hit play and I saw you. I thought to myself...what is her goal, she's already skinny! And then you said so Lisa I think asked my goal...I died laughing! Natalia - you are sooo close to your goal but you already look awesome, you're eating healthy, you're running and living it! Glad to see you're back up and going and running again. I was soooo sore for the past couple of days, being psycho crazy and starting out at 8 miles. I tried doing it again on Monday and my body was like um...no you're going to do 3 today and then I rested yesterday. So I think I'll go back out there today but I think I'll do three again today. I used to do my long runs on the weekends (typically Saturday mornings); that's how I trained for my half marathons and marathon. I'd consistently do low runs of 3-9 miles throughout the weekdays and then the Saturdays were my long run days, consistently adding on a mile or two til it eventually got to race day so I think I was just in that mentality on Saturday. You continue to be an inspiration and a source of help to me throughout this journey, THANK YOU!! Hope you're having a good day.

Thanks for your post! I also followed and read up on the information from your link! Fascinating! I love it! Thanks for taking the time to post! emoticon

So . . . you're doing a 5k on the 14th too? Very cool! How is your training/prep going? Is this your first, or have you done some before? Do you feel ready? Are you at a I just want to complete it . . . I'm trying to beat my personal time/record . . . or I wanna win this thing level? Haha
I'm at a I want to complete it before they pack up and leave level. (and it would be nice not to be the VERY last one) emoticon

I'm not doing the hcg diet plan, but have been watching your vlogs and reading your blogs, just because you are a pleasant happy person. I also want to share with you a link, because I noticed some bashing from other posters on your blogs, etc. about this 1200 calorie nonsense. It's from the Weight Watcher's website: http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/

Glad to see you're feeling better and I'm working on a 5k run on the 14th, too.
