I feel so bad for you. You are definitely disappointed and it showed... BUT, be of good cheer because you are on the right track. The scale will move eventually - if you don't loose heart.

Prior to last week I'd experience a 6 week plateau and I was beside myself. I was frustrated and thoroughly disappointed. I'd kicked up my exercsing and was definitley eating right. I always track absolutely everything, I made sure my water intake was on point, fiber was excellent - I did it all right, but the scale was not showing all of my hard work. Then - finally, last week when I weighed-in, the scale went down 2 pounds. I was elated! Soo, believe me, I know what you are experiencing.

The one thing I'd done in those 6 weeks that I had not done before was increased my strength training. I believe it was my muscle weight that kept the scale up. Nonetheless, it went down finally and it will do the same for you.

If you're like me, you want to keep giving it all you've got so you can reach your goal sooner rather than later. However, we must remember that this journey we are on is a long contineous one and it never go as smooth as we'd like. Sooo, hang in there, continue to do all the right things. Don't give up. Don't look back with regrets because you are doing your body good no matter what.

Also, remember, you're adjusting into a new lifestyle - you're not on a diet. You can have a small piece of apple pie from time to time. You don't have to give up foods, you just have to carefully watch your portion size and eat it in moderation. To me, to give it up completely sets you up for failure in the future. With that said, you always want to make sure you stay within your range and it doesn't have to be at the lower end all the time. Try eating towards the higher end for a couple of days straight. Switch up your workout routine. You might want to decrease your strength training for a few days straight and then increase it again.

Just take it one day at a time. You're an overcomer. Together, WE WIN!

Sounds like you're doing all the right things. My advice would be to keep trying. A female has "stubborn" fat cells, but you can tame them by keep on doing what you're doing! emoticon

Oh my heart totally goes out for you. It's something to read others blocks, but to see your face, the dissipointment and sadness..

I felt just like you have describe on Friday after I weight in. I gained 2kg. But I realized that I need to look beyond this to my end result. I know that musculles weight more than fat. And Musculles looks beter than fat too.. So with that thought I am taking on this week.

Mr. Scale just got abit lost, hopefully next week he will find his way back again into the right direction..

Don't give up, sooner or later the results must show.. We are both in the same boat.. Hang in there, we will get through this..
