This blog came to me while I was sleeping last night. I have been noticing my panties are getting loose and tend to slip down. Anyway, as I continue to lose weight, I am noticing changes in my body size. It is shrinking and that is a good thing! I had this pretty brightly colored dress that I had bought and I felt just right in it when I wore it to church yesterday. I never liked the way my arms looked when I tried it on before, but yesterday I could see a visible difference when I wore it .
I am not one to get on the scale on a regular basis. I know myself well enough that it would just make me worry if I saw the fluctuations of the scale frequently. But I am realistic enough to know that to get at a healthy weight, I must eat less and exercise more. I must track both my nutrition and exercise every day. I must track every bite of food that I eat. Those invisible enemies (little bites of this and that) add up over time. They add up to fat on my body and I am ready to get lean.
I will keep on working on getting fit and before long I will be heading to that store called Victoria's and check out just what her secret is. Maybe I will find some pretty panties and toss these "big girl panties" where the sun doesn't shine.
