I'm so glat it's Monday. Weekends are so hard for me to make good choices. I didn't go to the gym and made poor choices with my eating/snacking. As I've heard so many times right here... Today is a new day.
I'm going to try to stick with my four goals for each day. I think, though, I need to write them down on paper rather than here. I need to put the somewher I'll see them often. Maybe I can come up with something with my ipad???
So, here's for today:
Something to improve my health: I'll go to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training.
Something to improve my teaching: I'll work in my classroom for a few hours. Today I will focus on the placement of furniture.
Something to improve my spirit: I'll continue reading "Beachcombers." and write a card to a new friend.
Something to improve my home. I will work on decluttering my office. It's nasty!
