Summer Challenge week 6

Progress this week sucked. I thought I had a great plan and it would motivate me to loose a little more weight. I thought that changing my workout routine would help to move from this plateu. But I was wrong. It may have helped if I was consistent. It may helped if I made a meal plan and actually stuck to it. Sad to say but it wasn't the plan that was the problem it was the follow through.

Today starts a new week. I will be sure to eat a good breakfast each morning and I will workout at least 4 times this week.

    New week, new day, new start! You can do it! Besides, some weeks we just aren't meant to see a change, even when it may be happening anyway.

    Great attitude! We all have weeks that we just don't manage the follow through on our goals, but you have just the right outlook by starting fresh and dedicating yourself. We CAN do this!
