Progress this week sucked. I thought I had a great plan and it would motivate me to loose a little more weight. I thought that changing my workout routine would help to move from this plateu. But I was wrong. It may have helped if I was consistent. It may helped if I made a meal plan and actually stuck to it. Sad to say but it wasn't the plan that was the problem it was the follow through.
Today starts a new week. I will be sure to eat a good breakfast each morning and I will workout at least 4 times this week.
