How many calories in a weight watcher point?

Sunday, July 31, 2011

How many calories are in a weight watcher point? How many calories am I supposed to consume to lose weight? Weight Watchers give me 37 points and veggies and fruit don't count as any points (most of them anyway)...but how many calories am I supposed to be having? Veggies and fruit have calories so I should be counting them even though I have never heard of a garden salad hurting anyone haha.
I am trying to revamp my routine because I MUST lose weight this week...I was so close to my next goal I could taste it (and it tasted good too lol) and then I sabotaged it somehow and gained 5lbs in one week. I need to get back on track and I need to do it is easier to track my food on here since I have the app for my Android then writing it all down and figuring out the points. If I want the app for weight watchers it cost me money I don't have right now.

I will conquer this...somehow

Later gators!!!

I'm allowed 37 points so that would be around 1850-2035 so I guess that kinda sounds right, but who am I to know. I was shooting for 1800 on here as my max on the days I didn't eat alot of fruits/veggies I would go over every time

I am part of a ww support team. I go to weight watchers every week but I can't afford to have them debit my account every month so that I can use is easier to come up with the weekly amount even though its a few buck more.

I heard it was 50 calories per point but I'm not sure. There's a WW team that you can join and they may know.
