Today I start, day one of eating no more than 1400 calories a day, working out 40 mins. 3 times a week , drinking 8-10 glasses of H2o.
I am doing great so far, positive thinking, trying to not talk my self out of walking/running to the market down the street, ( 3.5 miles).
baby steps , I just need to live each day like it is the first day, watch what I am putting in my mouth, and move , move , move that body. to burn those calories.
