or the lack of it?
Did not have a good week last week. Did not feel good. Did not feel bad. Had difficulty getting myself to do anything. Needed lots of sleep. MS? Something else?
Whatever. Today I feel good. Did my exercises. Loggged on to the site. I think the daily check in is one of my biggest motivators right now. Like many others I like to watch my points add up, my streaks get longer. I broke those last week. It is a new week, a new month, and another new year for me so I will keep plugging along.
