OK THE RACE ISN'T OVER YET BUT I'M GOING TO START COOKING DINNER DURING A COMMERCIAL SOON. I DID 40 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND 35 MINUTES OF CARDIO FOLLOWED BY ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF STRETCHING. BASICALLY 80 MINUTES. I ONLY COUNT STRETCHING AS 5 BECAUSE IT ISN'T STRENOUS.

    Wow! You are such a good example of exercising during a race. Sad to confess, but I took a short nap, and then had to drive my DD to work, so I had to listen to the race on the radio.
