I just read my last blog, which was written the end of June. I had all these great plans for getting back on track in July. Now it's the end of July and I'm at the same place. Some realizations:
1. I am paying $39.95 per month for Weight Watchers. I've gone about 5 times. I've gained 3.8 pounds since I started. Wasting money!
2. I paid $299 for a 6 month membership at a local gym. It's up the end of August. I've been maybe 5 times. Wasted money!
3. I'm eating at fast food restaurants waaayyy to frequently. Waste of money and calories!
So, August is Back on Track month. If I can't make WW on Thursday (the day I usually go), I will go to another meeting, but I will GO EVERY WEEK! I'm going to try to be consistent at the gym for the month, and if I learn to like it, I will re-sign on a month-by-month basis. I will not eat any meals in my car this month (basically cutting out the fast food).
There are 5 months left in 2011 and I do NOT want to go into 2012 in the same situation as I've been in for so long!!
