Wow, I made over 11,000 steps yesterday. I would never have guessed that my weekends were so active. Apparently I try to make up for my lack of steps during the week.
Looking forward to trying a few new recipes again today. I am planning on eating Sabudana Khichidi, a salad, banana, dates, and marinated veggie beef kabobs.
Yesterday's meals were pretty good. My favorite from yesterday was the spinach burgers.
0.8 pounds till I reach my goal! Another week should do the trick.
