Since I am looking at changing my lifestyle, I am taking in everything as baby steps and focusing on mini goals as I go along. So for this week I will focus on:
* Eat breakfast everyday this week.
* Exercise for 10 mins everyday W/O THE DOGS!
* Elliptical 5 mins everyday.
I am really good at drinking my water and next week will focus on a few other things.
