I did my arm exercises this am already. 1 set + 11 more

getting stronger!

I went to the yarn store yesterday they were having a sale. I bought a nice book with at least 2 patterns I liked. and enough yarn to make 1 of them. if it turns out to be too hard, there is another that is easier. I'm a crocheter who knits not a knitter!

I am going to try to go to store and look for more tops, I hate doing laundry too much and I don't have many summer tops in my smaller size.
Speaking of I have been stuck for awhile. and just listened to this podcast.... I am very into the science of everything I do.

he said that women over 50 (me) may not loose all the weight they want, because of gender and age! I refuse to accept that!!!!

So to further my entry into the Primal Life I am giving up unfermented milk. (low carb ice cream) I can tell my body doesn't like this, I feel very bloated.
The other thing I'm going to do is give up artificial sweeteners for 30 days. IF it makes a difference I'll keep it up, if not I won't.

So I'll be adding that report daily. The Ice cream will be easy, cause I won't buy it. but the artifical sweeteners will be harder because I eat sweets when I'm stressed, and I've been stressed lately.

    You can do it. Give Stevia, a natural sweetener, a try. I use it all the time in place of artificial sweeteners and it satisfies my sweet tooth without being artificial.
