Xbox workout - how to enter it into my fitness tracker

Saturday, July 30, 2011

I just finished a core workout that was set for easy, for 10 mins on my Xbox Kinect EA Active2. I'm trying to figure out how to enter it into my fitness tracker as it doesn't have any of the workout, I tried entering it all in individually, but they don't go by the same names & not all of the exercises I did on the xbox are even on the fitness tracker.

Thanks everyone for your help on this! 3_Giants_4_Me, I used your suggestion and it helped and saved a lot of time! :)

Depends on what you are doing, but sometimes circuit training on the spark tracker will be pretty good.

BTW, we have a great group called "Kinect to Spark". There are about 800 of us that use the Kinect and Spark People. It is pretty neat seeing fellow Sparksters show up in your friends list. I've even worked out with a few folks from spark over the xbox. Swing on by and check us out.

There might be some similar exercises from the Wii.

Since I use a heart rate monitor - I enter EVERYTHING - even ST under the Manual Cardio tab. It doesn't matter that you don't have the calories burned, and you still still have your minutes recorded. Just call it "Xbox Core Workout" and enter your minutes.
