Day 23 of 28 Day Bootcamp

I made my steps yesterday easily. Now to figure out what to do during the week when I am working!

The kids are going to visit the grandparents tomorrow evening. Hip hip hooray! They are going to have a blast. G & G have a few things awesome things planned, but not too much to really wear the kids out.

Today we will try to stay out of the 90 degree heat, but get out for a little bit this morning and later this evening.

I am going to try the following recipes today: Brown Rice Custard, Spinach Burgers, Stuffed Yellow Squash, Caramelized Grapefruit, and Clam Dip. I am making the family Grilled Tomatillo Chicken for dinner tonight. Chicken is one item that I have an immune reaction to so I will not be eating that even though it sounds great.
