    Whoops! I meant onion and garlic POWDER not PEPPER! Also I forgot to mention to sprinkle with paprika! I hope that didn't mess it up!!

    Ahh . . . as for the outlook in the midst of getting yelled at . . . I get it. As long as there's the understanding of where we need to improve (and I know you're one who strives for excellence) you're right . . . there's so much more to be positive about than negative! I remember a season when I had had surgery and there were complications so I couldn't speak for awhile . . . and I was in constant pain. Just the difficulty of walking into a store and not being able to speak and people comment to you or ask you a question . . . "May I help you?" and you can't verbally respond . . . it's something we normally don't think about to be grateful for in our every day. Just to be awake and NOT in constant pain. . . man we stub our toe and it throbs and is sensitive and suddenly things are different, yet how quickly we forget and stop walking in an attitude of gratitude! I'm grateful that my scenario was changed and I can speak again and I now live once again pain free, but I honestly don't think about it most days . . . like most people. We can see . . . hear . . . walk . . . talk . . .etc. There's really SO much to be thankful for . . . now add your health AND how you are progressing with your healthier life choices and weight progress . . . WOW! I'm GLAD you're smiling and mostly smiling. You have been abundantly blessed and have many reasons to smile. Above all you are loved. Have you ever read the book He Loves Me- Learning to Live in the Father's Affections? It's by Wayne Jacobsen . . . anyways . . . amazing thoughts. So . . . I'll stop rambling on your page now (sorry) you "sparked" something emoticon Now . . . since we're loved . . . let's go through our day walking in that realization. It does make a difference, and it makes US different, and impacts others differently as we interact. Yep, let's live loved. emoticon

    Hey girlie! Good for you!! It sounds like you are stabilizing just fine which is what my concern was for P3 and P4. emoticon That's just another sign that you did a good job in P2. emoticon I'm really encouraged by your marinara sauce creation! Good for you, again! We just harvested a small basket of tomatoes from the garden, but the tomatillos, onions, and cilantro didn't match up time wise . . . (ruling out salsa) so I was thinking about making a red sauce for spaghetti or chili or SOMETHING . . . so your post encouraged me to git 'er done! haha I've got two words for you. . . COCONUT OIL. emoticon emoticon If you've not discovered it, let me tell you it is your friend. You can make chocolate delite (like a bark) and dip your strawberries in the chocolate deite and let it harden for chocolate covered strawberries. My suggestion for today? Season Swai/Bassa or tilapia or cod or redsnapper . . . with red pepper, onion and garlic pepper, and sea salt and then place it in a skillet with some water . . . flip it after a few minutes . . . then put some coconut oil in the skillet (maybe 3 Tablespoons) and fry it til golden (both sides) . . . TO DIE FOR. (you can thank me later) emoticon Have a great one! emoticon
