Hello! I've lost 30 Ibs on my own, basically by swimming 5 times a week. I gained 5 back over the Christmas holidays and I want to get back on track. I've been using weight to hide myself and avoid relationships, and I'm tired of hiding. The world is full of nice people, and it's time to stop being afraid. Plus, my health is deteriorating. I am going to do this, and I'm willing to give/receive support on this journey toward weight loss and improved health.
