Down a pound from last week. Since I only really got back on the bandwagon on Wednesday, I'm happy about my loss.

Didn't get much good sleep last night. Kitty cats were on a rampage!

I had a mini binge last night. I didn't have breakfast, overate at lunch and felt sluggish afterwards. I know better but I just couldn't eat in the morning.

So far, I've forced down some yummy fresh fruit and cottage cheese for breakfast, had more for lunch along with some breaded chicken. Dinner is my one big plurge meal but even then, I accounted for it and should stay within my calories. YAY!
