10 lb Progress! Whew!

Guess the Low Fat, Low Carb, Low Salt, No Sugar plan really does work. I'm still going to need to find a way for me to be able to COOK things for myself in this plan, so I can have more variety to LIVE on on a permanent basis. Not just a diet. :)
