Hey Spark Lovelies!!! Well, ive been staying on my am workout...I tell keeps your energy going through out the day..Its like a schedule..I need and have to be there...I feel like working out is helping me process things alot better mentally...But this week..I started to work out with my family...OMG!!! My family friend is a BEASTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT...She worked me out so bad...One day I literally had the feeling of nausea...But Im loving the confidence and determination that I am building everyday...We also see the same trainer and she has used him for years...I start with him tomorrow...I am slightly afraid how this will be...But I am soooooo ready for the challenge...I let you gals know how it went...Toodles...

    Well, maybe working out with your friend has given you a preview. Jillian Michaels works out a lot different than Cathe Friedrich but I find that I like both they're style. They go hard & I try to hang with em. Don't be scared Girl, you are Sparkfamily.....
