Why I will walk the dog but not myself?!

Thursday, July 28, 2011

I discovered that going for a walk for the dog is somehow more motivating than going for a walk simply for myself...interesting, huh?!

Then walk your dog as much as possible and you will get the benefit too.

Yep, I know this one! emoticon Dogs are persistent and they remember what the routine is. They want their walk, and will stare you down and/or whine at you till you take them. At least, that's how I remember my pointer being! She got used to her walk and let me know when it was time. emoticon

You don't need a walk to go pee! emoticon emoticon emoticon
