Don't know how much more of this heat
I can stand. Yesterday, I was exercising and became dizzy and faint. Today I had a couple more dizzy/faint episodes. After taking a looking at my nutrition tracker, see I am not taking in my consuming my recommended minimum daily amount of calories, protein, etc. I don't do well in heat. I just want to eat light cool foods.
Might just be time for me to take a long hard look at my eating habits and find ways to eat what I need without eating heavy. Don't want to destroy what I have accomplished up to now.
