I have no motivation here lately. Like not even a drop. I don't wanna work out. I don't want to clean I don't want to do anything. I just lay on my couch and think about working out but I never do any more than that. I have to find a way to fix it otherwise I'm never going to get anywhere with my weight loss goals. I can already feel the excuses and old mind set start to creap back up. I think I need to find a buddy to help keep me accountable.
So for the rest of this week my mini goals are:
1. NO POP- water only
2. Workout ttommrow and sunday
3. Take the stairs everyday up and down at school. My body is strong. I t can handle a little work
4. Set goals for next week on Monday
