    emoticon You come up with some of the most yummy recipes. Good girl for putting that bread in the freezer. I was just reading an article about how people do not realize how much sugar is in the food they eat because they do not read the nutrition labels and the ultra fine print at the bottom of the list. That is a very good catch on your part. As you know I have to read every label on everything before it comes to our house. Have a good workout. Sandy
