Hooray for No A/C Days!

Thursday, July 28, 2011

I appreciate a/c when it gets hot, but prefer natural air. This is day two of no a/c and I am loving it. Simple pleasures.

Speaking of which, I was thinking this morning of how many simple pleasures add to the quality of my miserable (okay, just a bumpy road) life. (smiling) This morning I found a luscious bath soap and bubble bath combination, and I enjoy my great, comfie night pillows so much. Natural fibers against my skin make me feel good as well. Just some of my favorite things. And, of course, berries of all kinds. Of which I got many at my fave store this morning. It's the basics that make me happy - for sure.

Wishing all a wonderful day.

Oh look, something else in common. I LOVE days when I don't need the AC on. I am so sick of always being so cold I can't type at work and really wish we could turn it off here. At home though, it's windows open every chance I get.

Natural fibers too? Are you sure we weren't separated at birth?

Our temps are on the rise again . . . no no AC days in the foreseeable future. Still not supposed to be as bad as the last heatwave, for which I am thankful.

At he moment I'm glad Simba isn't vomiting anymore & seems interested in food this morning . . .
