I have had a minor setback the past week or so. I suffered a foot injury. I went to the doctor and I have plantar fasciitis and have to wear foot and ankle braces. It makes it hard to walk or do anything for that matter. So, I have not been as active as I would like. Also, I am registering for college, getting my mom in an adult day care and seeing doctors I do not have much time for any thing. emoticon

URG! I've had PF before and it stinks! It is hard to walk that's for sure!

If you have any access to a pool, try that. It was the only cardio I could really do with the PF.

Strength training can be extra helpful now because builing muscle will help you stay strong and lean!

Awww I'm sorry :( I think you'll be fine as long as you do some toning exercises and keep eating healthy. I hope things start to get easier for you soon! Good luck staying strong and healthy! emoticon
