I want to buy a condo but I’m really not sure. Our lease for the place we rent comes to an end October 31, 2011 and we’ve given our notice. We have been spending $875.00 on rent for 2 years, so do the math that is $21,000.00 of money that just gets thrown out the window pretty much.
The condo we are interested in is a 2 bedroom in a nice area, newly constructed. The mortgage is $190,000.00 which is steep for a condo but it is a very tasteful place.
