I love to sleep! Sleep, sleep, sleep. I always feel better when I've gotten a good night's sleep.
I journaled all my foods yesterday, even though I spent most of the day feeling nauseous. I drank much more water than normal and didn't feel bloated or hungry when I went to bed. Woot! I also spent a good amount of time at Trader Joe's so the fridge and pantry are stocked up with yummy and healthy foods. A trip to Costco would help flesh out the good options.
Even though I started back on the SP wagon on a Wednesday, I'm going to stick with my Friday weigh ins. I love starting my weekend knowing where I'm at. I'm shooting for a 1.5 lb weekly loss. I know I can do it.
