I have now completed my vitamin D supplement prescribed by the doctor and am getting out in the sun more to help in my vitamin D deficiency. My foot is feeling much better! Thank God! Now, to continue to do my part, I have started my new daily multi-vitamin for my active lifestyle and an additional supplement of my bone strengthening calcium soft chew with vitamin D-3.
I tell you, Knowledge is Power!!
