8 Week Battle Plan

I'm so glad I joined the 8 Week Battle. It has really made me think about what I want to do and how to do it.
My 3 goals for the 8 weeks are:
1. To start an exercise streak
2. To drink 6 - 8 glasses of water @ day
3. To eat 4 - 6 freggies @ day
My Battle Plan is'
Eat 4 to 6 freggies
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water@ day
Stay in my calorie and carb range
Track my food @ day
Walk 10 to 30 min a day
Steps 3000 - 5000 a day
Upper body: 1 to 3 exercises ( 1 to 2 sets - 10 reps each) 3 days a week
Lower Body: 1 to 3 exercises ( 1 to 2 sets - 10 reps each) 3 days a week
Core: 1 to 3 exercises ( 1 to 2 sets - 10 reps each) 3 days a week
I've cleaned out my cabinets and refrig of junk food
I've signed up for the Virtual walk
I'm working on the collage
I'v taken the crunch fitness test, the push up test. ( Had to do a modified one), and the timed mile walk. I cant do the step up one due to my knees.
I've come up with a Battle Cry: It's Cha Ching, because of the money I will save down the line when I get to my goal weight and my health is better.
I not good with the computer so I dont know how to upload my starting picture. I might be able to get my daughter to help the next time she comes to visit.
I'm really looking forward to the start of the Battle.
