I am so excited. I haven't weighed since 7/5, I go to the PT next week and weigh then but she suggested that I also track my measurements that it is a good way to track progress. I had measured everything last on 06/30/2011 and again 07/25/2011 and I LOST 13"!!! 4" from my waist, and 3" each of of thighs, upper arms and hips!! I can't wait to weigh in with the PT next week.
