Ok, second day tracking nutrition and fitness.
I have fallen into the habit of snacking on bits and pieces. This medication has heightened the habit of grazing I already had - if I prepare a meal and the first couple bites don't appeal, I put the fork down. Then an hour later I grab a handful of nuts and dried fruit and all is well. So I grazed a lot yesterday, but it wasn't on the greatest foods. Potato chips, anyone? Everything got entered honestly into the tracker and I was at the low end for calories but it wasn't optimal nutrition by any means.
Daughter is off with the boyfriend today so it'll be a challenge to make myself do some extra walking. Plus I have to fiddle with the pedometer and get it set correctly - I have it 12 hours ahead somehow. Even the simplest technology trips me up.
