Carbs my problem?

I am losing two pounds a week as long as I eat right and excercise but I WISH I could lose MORE!! like 5 pounds a week. I think I am going back to eating that subway special 3 times a day. I was losing 3 pounds a week eating there. I guess you can say the lord has blessed me with a 17 pounds weight loss and I am just not satisfied. I need to take some pictures of my current 10 pound weight loss and post them so I can see what 10 pounds lost looks like on me. That will be good motivation I think. I am so hungry right now. I want mcdonalds or something gooood!!! I eat and still I am hungry. I wonder if this means my metabolism is high. Like I just ate half a piece of baked chicken with .5 cup of brown rice and .4 cup of green beans and .1 cup of low fat cream of mushroom and .4 cup of brocolli and I AM HUNGRY!! I have went over my cal intake and right at my fat intake mark and I am still hungry. Why is this?
