I have no idea if that title will stick ... but it will for now.
A little more information ....
I find that I'm eating more frequently. So I've decided to divvy up "meals" in this manner:
wake up to 10am --- breakfast
11-1 ---- lunch
2-5 ---- snack
5-bedtime ---- dinner
I'm finding that I'm eating every 1-1/2 --2 hours. But when what you are eating is 35 calories worth of carrots, it doesn't get to be a big deal.
I'm also planning out my next "meal" as I pick up the one I'm about to eat. For instance this morning, when I made my whey protein/peach smoothie (with fresh peaches from the farmer's market) ... I sliced up 2 cups of cucumbers and tossed it with vinegrette for later when I get the munchies. I've been trying to swap off fruit/ veggie as the day goes on, although at "meal times" I try to do 2-3 veggies at a time with a serving of nuts.
We'll see what the scale says at the end of the week.....I'm trying my hardest not to peek.
