  I love all before and after pics! Even if they aren't diet specific. But you gotta take a cute "now" photo! Lol. How is your neighbor doing? Maintaining? What kind of diet? Low carb?

    Thanks Hoof - yeah I was too scared to do the before and after; I honestly didn't think I'd last on this diet. I've read about it and knew about it for a year. One of my neighbors did it and lost tons of weight and swore by it but I just didn't think I could give up my love of food for it. I kept thinking - I'll just work out to death vs. giving up my sweet potato fries with lamb burgers :) So when I finally decided that I was tired of working out 3-5 hours, I thought what the heck - lets try it. I didn't think I'd last more than two days so never took the before photos. I do have before photos of me being super big though - those are not fun photos but I can post them if you think it may help. Those were my size 18-20 days even before spark, before working out for a year.

  YAY!!!! You are so cute and so skinny! Loved the full body shot. I really wish you had done before and after photos because I bet those would have been amazing. You are so skinny!!! Totally motivating for me. :)

What are you eating on your revolution rolls? Something right?

I normally use hemp protein (I would have it in a smoothie for breakfast before this diet). I wonder how that would work with the pancakes? Hmm.

    Your doing great. Loved your full body shot, cute outfit. How is are those pancakes made, I don't think I ever saw the recipe. Sounds good, I would like to try them.
Keep up the great workouts and be thinking of those new clothes your going to have to purchase. Fun times are on the way. Sandy

    emoticon You're doing great! emoticon Phase 3 is the most important part of the protocol as it teaches you how to stabilize and maintain. No sugar/NO starches is vital for the 21 days so you establish the new "set point." Experts say it takes doing something for 21 days to establish a new habit, so it makes sense that staying at your goal for that length of time would reset your body.
Putting a limit on those almonds can be hard, but make that a celebration when you have control. I have a jar of Planter's peanuts "calling my name" right now, but I'm NOT going there. emoticon emoticon emoticon
