I have finally refound my mojo.
OK s oit has only just been a little over a week and I'm still a long long way from my first triathlon but I feel as though I am on the right track.
I need to stop my snacking habbit though. Last week whilst I was off work was no problem but this week Im back in the office and arghh that vending machine. I'm going to try taking some carrots to work with me.
I think the fact that I only snack at work must prove that this is a boredom habbit and nothing to do with being hungry I just need to think about this at the time.
