Review of Goals-tracking works

Monday, July 25, 2011

I just reviewed my goals from earlier this year. How am i doing?? Well I fell off the wagon for tracking my food and although little has changed with the scale, i need to face the fact that if i want to lose those last 10 lbs i really need to track and make that effort. Now that i have alot of favorites in my tracker, it will get easier over time. For the most part I am a good healthy eater and its smooth sailing for this goal.

On to #2, goal weigth is still out there but reachable if i am wiling to put the effort into it.

Goal #3, sometimes my minimum creeps down to 3 but on the whole, i have been good in this department too. I have some fitness friends who sometimes join me for a class, or weights, sometimes i like to go for a walk-run up the escarpment or do the mountain stairs on my own. I enjoy working out, i always feel great after, and to go any length of time without it would just make me an unhappy person. Working out, no matter what you do, makes me feel alive.

Number #4, well can we just move on to another one. I am the worse procrastonator for going to bet, getting ready for bed. I just put it off, watching minding television, no flipping through endless changes of nothing. I really need to get to bed much earlier that i do. It is also a challange with my children who want to stay up during the summer. This goal is work in progress.

I need to add a goal #5 and that is no procrastination as that will lead to better organization, more sleep, more time to workout, more time to plan and make healthy foods, more time with family and friends...........
