    Hey hoof - alright I'll do a body shot just for you today LOL but I agree with you, it's better to set yourself up for success. Yeah my initial goal was 165 but now that I'm close to it, I keep pushing it lower and lower. Now I think 125 may be better, my friend says it'll never be enough for me. I think she's wrong, I just want to see how far I can go, I want to try a size 4 and I think I may get there at 145ish...I'm usually 20-25 lbs a full size so we'll see...:) With this diet, I think anything is possible now.

  OMG! the steak day is a miracle! lol. You are so close to my first goal weight of 175. I want to see what I look like at 175. I dream of getting there. I almost want to extend my diet to 40 days cause I can feel how close I am, but I just can't. Not with my trip coming up. I need to be WELL into P3 before traveling I think. Better to set myself up for success. You are my motivation girly! I wish you'd show us more than just your face though! I wanna see skinny body to keep me on track! ha ha.

    Hey Chris - Thanks - yeah I'm just glad that people blog about their experiences because I learn from them as well. We all have the same goals despite having different bodies so we can all share tips and tricks :) Keep up the good work!
