Been tracking food again and finally got myself into an exercise schedule now that my classes aren't crammed and leaving me without any time to think let alone plan. I haven't been tracking on here, but I probably will again soon.
In other news, I am officially down 30 pounds. I almost cried when I found out I was under 190 just like when I found out I was under 200. Also, I am happy to know that I lost weight even without tracking, which means I am making smarter decisions overall.
